O Ministério da Saúde vai usar um aplicativo de encontro gay para dar orientações sobre HIV e Aids durante a Olimpíada Rio 2016. Jovens capacitados pela pasta estarão o tempo todo online no aplicativo Hornet, que tem mais de 1 milhão de usuários no Brasil, entre 1° de agosto a 18 de setembro. A intenção é atingir entre 5 a 7 mil usuários.
A estratégia faz parte da campanha "Close Certo", lançada nesta sexta-feira (29) pelo ministério com o objetivo de dar orientações sobre prevenção, diagnóstico e tratamento da doença durante os Jogos Olímpicos e Paralímpicos no Brasil.Serão 15 colaboradores e três tutores que terão os perfis sinalizados com um laço azul. Eles são voluntários de diversos estados. O grupo vai tirar dúvidas sobre prevenção, diagnóstico e acesso a antirretrovirais por quem teve sexo com alguém que faz parte de algum grupo de risco. Assim que a campanha começar, uma mensagem de aviso será encaminhada a todos os usuários do aplicativo.
“É uma linguagem específica entre o público gay. É o canal certo de comunicação entre esse público, pode passar a mensagem de forma muito melhor do que um relatório nosso da ONU”, disse Georgiana Orillard, diretora do Programa Conjunto das Nações Unidas sobre HIV/Aids (Unaids).
Os integrantes da campanha também podem esclarecer dúvidas sobre outras doenças sexualmente transmissíveis. A ação é voltada principalmente a homens gays e HSH (homens que fazem sexo com outros homens), que são o público mais vulnerável.
A ação é uma parceria entre o Ministério da Saúde e a Organização das Nações Unidas para a Educação, Ciência e Cultura (Unesco).

Crescimento nos casos

Em 2004, a taxa de detecção entre jovens de 15 a 24 anos foi de 9,5 casos por 100 mil habitantes, com 3.419 casos notificados. Em 2014, foram 4.669 casos, o que representa uma taxa de detecção de 13,4 por 100 mil habitantes. Isso representa um crescimento de 41% em 11 anos.
Segundo a diretora do departamento de DST, AIDS e Hepatites Virais do Ministério da Saúde, Adele Benzaken, a diferença entre gerações tem impacto nesse resultado. “Temos 30 anos de epidemia e esses jovens de 15 a 24 que estão se infectando não viram o que os mais velhos presenciaram: a morte de amigos, de líderes, cantores, personagens importantes para a época. A evolução do tratamento fez com que a Aids não tivesse mais o aspecto que tinha no início. Isso faz com que esse temor fosse minimizado”, disse.
A ideia do "Close Certo" surgiu devido ao grande número de celulares e smartphones no país. “É um elo entre inovação e prevenção que atinge o jovem de hoje. Hoje temos 206 milhões de habitantes no Brasil, mas são 276 milhões de celulares. É o espaço em que os jovens estão”, completou Adele.

O momento da campanha abrange o período da Olimpíada devido ao número de estrangeiros que o país vai receber. “É importante nesse momento dar informação correta para população brasileira sendo que muitos HSH de outros países estarão aqui”, ressaltou a diretora.
A proposta faz parte de um projeto piloto, por isso está sendo iniciada por um grupo pequeno de 18 jovens colaboradores. Se tiver sucesso, poderá ser ampliada. O projeto inicial espera que cada colaborador faça pelo menos 50 interações por dia, o que resultaria em até 7 mil contatos.

Atualmente, o Brasil tem 800 mil casos de HIV. Nos últimos cinco anos, 12 mil pessoas infectadas morreram anualmente no país. No mundo, 2 milhões de pessoas são infectadas por ano.

Segundo o MPF-RJ, a resolução acaba privando os psicólogos de discussões epistemológicas e, assim, de seguirem correntes de pensamentos divergentes, ferindo o direito de liberdade proposto pela Constituição. Em contraponto, o TRF apresenta argumentos concretos, como a exclusão da homossexualidade do Código Internacional de Doenças (CID) da OMS em 1990, a resolução do Conselho Federal de Psicologia que proíbe tais tratamentos e a Constituição Brasileira, que fala sobre dignidade humana. 

Em 2013, o CFP lançou uma nota de esclarecimento sobre a resolução 1/99, uma vez que muitas pessoas confundiam a proibição de patologização da homossexualidade com o tratamento psicológico e encaminhamento de pessoas homossexuais. Em nota, é explicado que o tratamento é, sim, permitido, desde que não descrimine e, sim, reduza o sofrimento psíquico da pessoa.

“Estão sim proibidos as (os) psicólogas (os) de exerceram qualquer ação que favoreça a patologização de comportamentos ou práticas homoeróticas, e adotarem ação coercitiva tendente a orientar homossexuais para tratamentos não solicitados. O que é corroborado pelo Código de Ética que em seu art. 2º, alínea i, que diz que é vedado à categoria induzir qualquer pessoa ou organização a recorrer a seus serviços”, diz a carta.

A decisão do Tribunal Regional Federal ainda cabe recurso do Ministério Público Federal do Rio de Janeiro até dia 1º de Agosto.

Uma das poucas referências que eu tinha sobre viver com Aids naquela época eram os personagens soropositivos do seriado Queer as Folk (2000–2005). A série fez um grande serviço na época, mas foi gravada em um período onde o vírus ainda não estava sob controle e os tratamentos não eram tão desenvolvidos, então o tio de Michael, que na trama convive com a doença, era um personagem apático, sempre indisposto, triste e com muito azar.
E aquele menino que estava na minha frente não tinha nada de miserável. Ele era muito feliz, muito bonito, tinha dinheiro e tinha amor por tudo que fazia na vida.
E com ele eu aprendi muitas coisas. Aprendi que a própria comunidade nutre um grande preconceito com pessoas que são portadoras do vírus, pois o discurso é de acolhimento, mas quando um gay sai com um cara e descobre que ele tem HIV, o medo da doença fala mais alto do que o encantamento pela pessoa. Por fim, aprendi a amar o que eu faço. Ele costumava me dizer que sempre fazia tudo com vontade, e que se doava inteiramente ao momento, por dois motivos: ele ainda tinha a oportunidade de viver, mesmo com uma doença que mata muita gente, e pra provar que a vida vale a pena quando você ama.

Michael Shlissel foi detido e sua prisão será prolongada até sexta-feira.

Segundo nota divulgada pela assessoria de imprensa do Ministério da Saúde, o Departamento de DST, Aids e Hepatites Virais prepara um protocolo clínico de PrEP que será encaminhado à Comissão de Incorporação de Tecnologia no SUS (Conitec) até o final desde ano.
Segundo o ministério, a expectativa é atender 10 mil pessoas no primeiro ano de incorporação. A estratégia, que deve ser ofertada em serviços especializados do SUS, será destinada a "populações com alto risco de infecção pelo HIV". A pasta, porém, não detalhou o perfil dos grupos que serão beneficiados.

Eficácia da estratégia

Desde 2014, a profilaxia pré-exposição é recomendada pela Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS) para pessoas em risco considerável de se infectarem com HIV e sua eficácia foi comprovada por quatro estudos clínicos. Atualmente, a Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária (Anvisa) está analisando o registro do Truvada para uso na PrEP. No Brasil, o Truvada é aprovado somente para o tratamento da doença (apesar de não ser adotado pelo SUS), por isso é necessário um novo registro para o uso em prevenção.
A adoção da estratégia já vinha sendo estudada pelo Brasil. Existem dois estudos em andamento de Profilaxia Pré-Exposição (PrEP) no país financiados pelo Ministério da Saúde e realizados pela Faculdade de Medicina da USP e pela Fundação Oswaldo Cruz (Fiocruz).
Especialistas alertam que esse tipo de estratégia deve ser aliada a outras medidas preventivas. Quem optar por adotá-la, por exemplo, deve ser aconselhado a continuar usando a camisinha, a fazer testes de HIV periodicamente e a tratar outras DSTs, que costumam deixar o paciente ainda mais vulnerável à infecção por HIV.

A festa foi realizada na tarde de sábado (16) na Escola Municipal Hylda Vasconcellos. Tradicional e muito aguardada pela comunidade, o festejo é organizado dentro do ambiente escolar, com o apoio de professores e estudantes.

Neste ano, o casamento caipira ficou a cargo de uma turma de alunos do 9º ano. A iniciativa de representar um casamento gay partiu dos próprios alunos e foi abraçada pelos professores e direção. A ideia era mostrar a união entre dois meninos e duas meninas.

“Uma aluna perguntou se podia ser um casamento gay e eu disse que sim. Fico muito orgulhosa porque a ideia partiu deles, e fico feliz porque eles se sentiram à vontade e a escola deu essa liberdade”, contou ao G1 a coordenadora pedagógica dos anos finais da Escola Hylda Vasconcellos, Martha Najar.

Segundo os organizadores, a parada cumpre um papel no combate ao preconceito, discriminação e exclusão social. Ações de prevenção à saúde fazem parte do movimento.

A expectativa é que mais de 50 mil pessoas passem pela Parada do Orgulho LGBT de BH, vindas da capital e de várias cidades do interior de Minas Gerais, com o objetivo de demonstrar o orgulho de serem quem são sem deixar de lutar pelos seus direitos.

Novo trajeto

Uma das novidades deste ano sobre a Parada BH é o novo trajeto. A concentração da Parada continuará sendo na Praça da Estação, a partir das 13 horas, mas a caminhada não será como nos anos anteriores. A passeata iniciará na Avenida Amazonas, sentido Praça Raul Soares, virando à direita na Rua Tupis e com final na avenida Olegário Maciel, em frente ao Mercado Novo.

História

A Parada do Orgulho LGBT de Belo Horizonte ocorre desde 1998 e é considerada a maior manifestação popular de massa de caráter social de Minas Gerais, uma das mais antigas do país e a cada ano tem crescido e aumentado o número de participantes. Com a faixa e a coroa Sheron vai direto para o concurso Miss Brasil Gay Universo 2016, que acontece em setembro com 25 representantes de todo o Brasil.
