O beijo gay está liberado na Globo, pelo menos fora das novelas e tarde da noite. A emissora promete exibir na próxima quinta-feira (16) uma cena do tipo no episódio "Nunca Fui Beijado", de "Glee".

"O episódio será exibido normalmente, com todas as suas cenas", informou a Central Globo de Comunicação, após consultada pelo site "F5".

A série, cuja primeira temporada foi exibida nas manhãs de sábado, passou para a madrugada no segundo ano. Apesar de já contar com um personagem homossexual, "Kurt" desde o primeiro episódio, ele nunca havia aparecido em cenas de beijo.

A Globo não confirma que a alteração teve a ver com as cenas -são duas no segundo ano, ambos exibidos na TV paga pela Fox. Diz apenas que o horário de exibição das temporadas "obedece às suas respectivas classificações indicativas".

A própria emissora fez questão de frisar que já exibiu beijos gays em outras produções, como na minissérie "Queridos Amigos" e no filme "O Segredo de Brokeback Mountain".

Intérprete do personagem Kurt, o ator Chris Colfer, 21, comentou a possibilidade de o beijo ser cortado no Brasil, após ser informado do tabu em torno do tema no país.

"Acho que as pessoas que têm problema com a cena podem fechar os olhos", brincou durante entrevista em Los Angeles, no final do ano passado. "Não precisam editar o seriado."

"Acho que foi um bom beijo, fazia sentido para os personagens e era importante para a trama", afirmou. "Não deveria haver tanto estardalhaço por causa disso."

O ator, que ganhou o Globo de Ouro pelo papel, disse que sente a responsabilidade -e algumas vezes medo- de carregar um personagem que representa toda uma minoria.

"Às vezes, chega a ser um pouco opressivo", comentou. "Tem pessoas loucas no mundo que não gostam de você e do que você representa. E eles se fazem notar, te mandam cartas loucas. Ainda estou aprendendo a lidar com isso."

No episódio "Nunca Fui Beijado", Kurt conhece o líder de um coral rival, Blaine (Darren Criss).

Gay assumido, ele vai ajudar o estudante a enfrentar o jogador de futebol americano Karofsky (Max Adler) que está fazendo sua vida impossível no colégio McKinley.

Só que ao confrontá-lo, surpreendentemente, o atleta acaba roubando um beijo do integrante do coral.

Um segundo beijo gay ocorrerá mais para a frente na mesma temporada, entre os personagens Kurt e Blaine.

"Sometimes it gets to be a little overwhelming," he said. "There are crazy people in the world who do not like you and what you represent. And they point out, you send charts crazy. I'm still learning to deal with it."
