A escola estadual Ivanete Martins, de Piraquara (PR), informou nesta quinta-feira que investiga uma suposta ofensa homófobica de uma professora de geografia contra uma estudante travesti. Rafaelly disse que foi ameaçada pela educadora, que teria dito que ela era inútil, desprezível e que deveria se envergonhar.

"Eu estava no corredor, indo para a aula de história, quando uma pessoa passou por mim e disse 'ninguém merece isso aí'. Eu não vi que era a professora, e questionei quem estava fazendo essa palhaçada comigo. Então ela voltou e disse que eu deveria me envergonhar", afirmou o estudante de educação de jovens e adultos (EJA). "A professora ainda disse para eu tomar cuidado com ela. Estava me ameaçando". O fato ocorreu na noite de terça-feira.

Segundo o vice-diretor do turno da noite, professor Gibson Troya Saes, foi registrada uma ata sobre o caso e a escola, juntamente com a Coordenadoria de Educação, vai investigar a denúncia. "Já falamos com a aluna, a professora e com duas testemunhas", afirmou. Segundo ele, a educadora, que trabalha na escola há 8 anos, negou a acusação. "Ela disse que apenas pediu para que a Rafaelly parasse de incomodar os alunos que estavam dentro da sala de aula dela. Segundo ela, não houve ofensa".

O vice-diretor afirmou ainda que a escola é um exemplo na região de combate à homofobia. "Nossos professores já participaram de diversas capacitações sobre o assunto e sempre se preocupam em respeitar a diferença", afirmou. A aluna disse que essa é a primeira vez que enfrenta esse tipo de preconceito na instituição. "Sempre fui tratada com respeito, até pelos colegas. Não esperava isso de uma educadora", afirmou ao destacar que vai entrar com um processo por danos morais. A professora não foi localizada para comentar o caso.
