O Pará realizará no mês de julho, o "1° Casamento Civil Comunitário Gay". O evento é promovido pela parceria existente entre a Secretaria de Estado de Justiça e Direitos Humanos (Sejudh) e a Defensoria Pública do Estado, e celebrará a união de cerca de 50 casais, no teatro Maria Sylvia Nunes, na Estação das Docas. As inscrições serão realizadas até o dia 29 de maio, e a cerimônia acontece no dia 5 de julho. “Essa ação é muito importante para a comunidade Lgbt, pois o casamento civil assegura direitos”, afirma o titular da Coordenadoria Estadual de Proteção à Livre Orientação Sexual, Samuel Sardinha.

A organização do evento contabilizou 23 casais inscritos até o momento. Aos interessados em oficializar a relação, as inscrições devem ser feitas no Centro de Referência, Prevenção e Combate a Homofobia, localizado na Rua Manoel Barata, 571. Para os solteiros, basta comparecer ao local com a certidão de nascimento original; cópia autenticada da identidade; e ofício preenchido e assinado.

Já os que estão divorciados devem levar a certidão de casamento anterior com averbação do divórcio; cópia da sentença de partilha de bens; e ofício preenchido e assinado. Os viúvos devem apresentar a certidão do casamento anterior; certidão de óbito do parceiro falecido; e inventário de bens ou a certidão negativa de inventário. Todos devem apresentar uma declaração, assinada por duas testemunhas, que comprove o atual estado civil.
