O governo do estado está com inscrições abertas para um curso de língua inglesa e espanhola para lésbicas, gays, bissexuais, travestis, transexuais e transgêneros (LGBT) visando o trabalho durante a Copa das Confederações e a Copa do Mundo.
As aulas serão realizadas através de uma parceria entre a Universidade do Estado da Bahia (Uneb), a Secretaria para Assuntos da Copa do Mundo Fifa Brasil 2014 (Secopa) e a Secretaria da Justiça, Cidadania e Direitos Humanos (SJCDH).
O curso oferece 35 vagas para cada idioma, com carga horária de 80 horas - sendo 60 destinadas à língua estrangeira e as outras 20 horas com foco nos assuntos relacionados aos eventos esportivos e ao turismo na Bahia. O governo pretende abrir novas turmas após os 70 primeiros qualificados.
As aulas terão início no dia 18 de março e serão ministradas no Centro de Educação em Direitos Humanos da SJCDH. Os interessados devem se dirigir à sede da unidade, na Rua Bráulio Xavier, 57, no Corredor da Vitória.

The state government is open enrollment for a course in English and Spanish for lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transvestites, transsexuals and transgender (LGBT) people seeking work during the Confederations Cup and the World Cup.

Classes will be held through a partnership between the University of Bahia (Uneb), the Department for Affairs of Brazil FIFA World Cup 2014 (Secopa) and the Department of Justice, Citizenship and Human Rights (SJCDH).

The course offers 35 places for each language, with a workload of 80 hours - including 60 intended for foreign language and the other 20 hours with a focus on issues related to sporting events and tourism in Bahia. The government plans to open new classes after the first 70 qualified.

Classes will begin on March 18 and will be taught at the Centre for Human Rights Education SJCDH. Those interested must go to the unit headquarters, at Rua Braulio Xavier, 57, the Hall of Victory.
