O presidente da Comissão de Direitos Humanos, deputado federal Marco Feliciano (PSC-SP), pretende processar Xuxa Meneghel.Eleito para o cargo na última quinta-feira (7), o deputado e pastor evangélico provocou protestos em todo o país. Ele é acusado de ser racista e homofóbico, e responde a dois processos no STF (por homofobia e estelionato).
"Sobre o que disse Xuxa, minha assessoria jurídica prepara o processo. Durmam em paz", escreveu o pastor em seu perfil no Twitter no domingo (10).
Indignada com a eleição de Feliciano para presidente da Comissão dos Direitos Humanos, Xuxa Meneghel se pronunciou em seu perfil no Facebook, na última sexta-feira (8).
A apresentadora pediu aos fãs que se unissem para "fazer alguma coisa" a respeito da eleição do deputado, que teria dito que "negros, aidéticos e homossexuais não têm alma."
"Existem crianças com Aids. Para este senhor elas não tem alma?", questionou Xuxa.
"Todo mundo sabe o quanto eu respeito todas as religiões, mas esse homem não é um religioso, é um monstro. Em nome de Deus ele não pode ter poder", disse a apresentadora.

“Meu Deus!!! Eu estava lendo agora sobre esse “pastor”….que DEUS nos ajude. Gente !!!! Socorro ! Vamos fazer alguma coisa! Esse “deputado disse que negros, aidéticos e homossexuais não tem alma. Existem crianças com AIDS. Para este senhor elas não tem alma?????? O que é isso meu povo ?
E hoje está nos jornais que ele ainda , durante uma pregação, disse a um fiel , que “doou o cartão , mas não a senha . Aí não vale.Depois vai pedir milagre para Deus . Deus não vai dar e vai dizer que Deus é ruim” !!!!!!!!!
Todo mundo sabe o quanto eu respeito todas as religiões , mas esse homem não é um religioso, é um monstro . Em nome de DEUS ele não pode ter poder ….Religiosos ( padres, pastores, evangélicos) todos os religiosos todos sabem que o que ele fala e “prega” está errado.
Como vamos nos proteger deste tipo de pessoa ?
Esta pessoa não pode ser presidente da Comissão de Direitos Humanos. Ele não pode ter este espaço para usar, pisar e denegrir o ser humano…esse é o direito de nós, humanos nos protegermos desse tipo de pessoa”.

A ABGLT também já estuda entrar com processo contra este senhor por incentivo à violência contra LGBT, intolerância religiosa, racismo, assim como a discriminação às mais de 530 mil pessoas que vivem com HIV/aids no Brasil.
Em suma, considerando estes precedentes, delineia-se claramente que a indicação de um quadro proveniente do segmento fundamentalista religioso significa RETROCESSO na luta do povo brasileiro por liberdade, igualdade e justiça social, pilares fundamentais para uma convivência pacífica e solidária. Por este motivo, conclamamos a todos os setores da sociedade comprometidos com a consolidação da democracia, seja em suas instituições, seja nas relações interpessoais, a se manifestarem contrariamente a esta indicação e pedindo a sua destituição deste cargo de presidente da Comissão de Direitos Humanos e Minorias da Câmara dos Deputados.

The president of the Human Rights Commission, Congressman Marco Feliciano (PSC-SP), intends to sue Xuxa Meneghel.Elected to the position last Thursday (7), Rep. evangelical pastor and sparked protests across the country. He is accused of being racist and homophobic, and responds to two cases in the Supreme Court (by homophobia and embezzlement).
"About what I said Xuxa, my legal counsel prepares the process. Sleep tight in peace," the pastor wrote in his Twitter profile on Sunday (10).
Outraged by the election of President Feliciano Commission for Human Rights, Xuxa Meneghel ruled on his Facebook profile on Friday (8).
The presenter asked fans to unite to "do something" about the election of the deputy as saying that "blacks, gays and people with AIDS have no soul."
"There are children with AIDS. Sir For this they have no soul?" Xuxa questioned.
"Everyone knows how much I respect all religions, but this is not a religious man is a monster. In God's name he can not have power," said the presenter.
