Quase três meses após o Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) reconhecer a união estável entre pessoas do mesmo sexo no Brasil, sete casais de Mato Grosso já procuraram os cartórios para oficializar a relação como entidade familiar.
Nesta quarta-feira (20), foi a vez do administrador César Dawol e do estudante universitário Inácio Handell se unirem. Eles vivem juntos há dois anos. O casal foi o primeiro a formalizar o relacionamento na cidade de Várzea Grande, região metropolitana de Cuiabá.
A confirmação da união estável, no Cartório Capão Grande, foi acompanhada por familiares e amigos do casal. Eles comemoraram muito a decisão do STF, que permitiu o casamento. “É bom estar junto. E é bom ter uma documentação que comprove”, afirmou Dawol.
