Lady Gaga irá inaugurar uma ONG contra bullying de jovens em fevereiro, segundo as informações do site Gigwise. Chamado de "Born This Way Foundation", a organização irá focar na erradicação da diferença e do bullying entre jovens.

"Desse modo, em busca da bravura. Onde a juventude é fortalecida. Desse modo, em busca da aceitação. Onde a humanidade é abraçada. Deste modo, em busca do amor. Onde a individualidade é encorajada", diz o site oficial do programa.

A fundação, que será inaugurada com um evento na Universidade de Havard, nos Estados Unidos, terá parceria com John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation e California Endowment.

"Lady Gaga irá ajudar a dar voz aos jovens que se encontram pressionados, sem suporte, desconectados, isolados e sofrendo", disse Dr. Bob Ross, presidente da California Endowment, em novembro, quando o projeto foi anunciado.

Born This Way Foundation será comandada pela mãe da cantora, Cynthia Germanotta, que em entrevistas já comentou sobre os problemas de aceitação que Gaga sofreu na juventude.

The foundation, which will be inaugurated with an event at Harvard University in the United States, will partner with John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation and California Endowment.

"Lady Gaga will help give a voice to young people who are depressed, unsupported, disconnected, isolated and suffering," said Dr. Bob Ross, president of the California Endowment, in November, when the project was announced.

Born This Way Foundation will be led by the singer's mother, Cynthia Germanotta, who has commented in interviews on the problems of acceptance that Gaga has suffered in his youth.
