A mulher de 41 anos que havia sido presa acusada de agredir verbalmente um casal gay na madrugada da última sexta-feira em Tietê, a 150 km de São Paulo, foi libertada neste sábado da Cadeia Feminina de Votorantim, após seus familiares pagarem fiança de R$ 1 mil.

De acordo com a polícia, a advogada ofendeu os dois homes, de 23 e 47 anos, que estavam juntos no centro da cidade. Com a chegada dos policiais, ela teria continuado com os xingamentos, chegando a quebrar peças da viatura policial ao ser presa. Na delegacia, após ser autuada por injúria motivada por homofobia, desacato a autoridade e danos ao patrimônio público, ela se negou a pagar a fiança estipulada em R$ 1 mil e foi encaminhada à cadeia. A Polícia Civil de Tietê dará andamento nas investigações.
