“A sua atuação contra o projeto que criminaliza a homofobia em debate no Congresso foi contundente. Mas influir em leis é papel de um religioso?
Se não fosse assim, a casa tinha caído. Essa lei é a lei do privilégio. O Brasil não é homofóbico. Eu separo muito bem os homossexuais dos ativistas gays. Esses últimos querem que o Brasil seja homofóbico para mamar verba de governo, de estatais, é o joguinho deles. Homofobia é uma doença. Ódio aos homossexuais, querer matá-los ou agredi-los é uma doença. Agora, opinião não é homofobia. O projeto diz que, se um homossexual se sentir constrangido pela internet, por um veículo de comunicação, cadeia no cara que constrangeu. Exatamente o que prevê a lei do racismo. Agora, olhe a diferença. Você já nasce com sua raça. Não escolhe. O Homossexualismo é comportamental. Não vejo lógica em uma lei para criminalizar quem agride homossexual se um soco dado em um hétero dói da mesma maneira. A lei que estão propondo é uma lei da mordaça. Se não aprendermos a respeitar a liberdade de expressão, será melhor mandar fechar a conta para balanço.”Bem, parece realmente cansativo e chato rebater as falácias de Malafaia, mas tem coisas que necessitam perguntas diretas:
Malafaia, como pode uma lei ser privilégio se ela é abrangente a todas as orientações sexuais? O PLC 122 ficou conhecido como a lei contra a homofobia, porque, logicamente são os homossexuais que são mais discriminados por sua orientação, mas é importante lembrar que o projeto criminaliza a discriminação por orientação sexual. Então onde está o privilégio, Malafaia? Por acaso os LGBT começarão a ganhar desconto nos cinemas? Terão filas preferenciais? Ou deixarão de pagar impostos por isso?
Outra coisa. O senhor, Malafaia, insinua que os ativistas LGBTs querem que o Brasil seja homofóbico? O Brasil é o país que nega mais de 75 direitos aos homossexuais. É onde um gay é vítima de assassinato quase todos os dias. É onde pai e filho confundidos com homossexuais são espancados. É onde relatos de homofobia em ambientes escolares são cada vez mais frequentes. É onde uma presidente veta um programa de educação contra a homofobia sem nem mesmo ter lido para não fazer propaganda de ‘opções sexuais’. É onde pastores insistem em comparar à homossexualidade a pedofilia mesmo sabendo que o maior índice de pedofilia é cometido por homens heterossexuais.
Falta de informação pega mal, pastor. Lei nenhuma põe ninguém na cadeia sem prévio julgamento. O senhor bem sabe disso. Mesmo com a aprovação do PLC 122 existirá um julgamento do caso e se constatado homofobia, aí sim existirá a pena, como qualquer outra lei. Então, se o senhor não é homofóbico, porque o medo?
E ainda, se o senhor não sabe (o que duvido) homofobia não é só matar ou agredir como você mesmo o exemplifica. Mas é a injúria, a negação do acesso (quando este acesso é dado aos demais cidadãos), a negação de direitos, e a violação da dignidade da pessoa humana.
Por fim, não foi a primeira vez que o senhor declarou que homossexualidade é comportamental. Nas suas sandices sobre uma sexualidade da qual não vivencia, jura que os homossexuais “optam” por este comportamento. Então tenho um desafio: PROVE! Prove que as diferentes sexualidades não são naturais, prove que na natureza não existe esse “comportamento”, prove que os homossexuais escolhem ser alvos de chacotas, humilhados, agredidos, mortos, por um capricho, por um estilo de vida. Prove! Pois até onde se sabe a diversidade esta presente em tudo na vida humana, desde nossas características físicas, até no modo como nos inter-relacionamos. Então prove que não é natural ser diferente.
Fica uma dica ao pastor: Preocupe-se mais em cuidar do próprio rebanho, e combater as irregularidades de suas próprias denominações como os inúmeros processos que políticos ligados à sua igreja sofrem na justiça. Que cuide de combater o mau (este sim antinatural e bem comportamental) da corrupção em nome da fé. Pois se a intenção dos ativistas é mamar no governo como o senhor diz, a do senhor é mamar nas tetas da ignorância das pessoas deste país.
Observação: É curioso como alguns jornalistas mostram despreparo ao fazer uma entrevista. No caso em questão, o jornalista não se presta a no mínimo uma análise, ou mesmo perguntas mais investigativas sobre questões levantadas pelo Malafaia. É uma passividade frente questões tão sem sentido do entrevistado como esta relação esdrúxula sobre comportamento x natureza que nos leva a duas conclusões: Ou o jornalista é despreparado, ou compactua com a fala do entrevista.

The latter want Brazil to be homophobic to suck money from the government, the state is their little game. Homophobia is a disease. Well, it looks really tiring and boring to refute the fallacies of Malafaia, but there are things that need direct questions:
Malafaia, how can a law be privileged if it is inclusive of all sexual orientations? The PLC 122 is known as the law against homophobia, because, of course are the homosexuals who are most discriminated against for their guidance, but it is important to remember that the project criminalizes sexual orientation discrimination. So where is the privilege, Malafaia? Does the LGBT start earning discounts in theaters? Queues have preferred? Or fail to pay taxes for it?
Another thing. You, Malafaia, suggests that LGBT activists want Brazil to be homophobic? Brazil is the country that more than 75 denies rights to homosexuals. This is where one is gay murder victim almost every day. This is where father and son confused with homosexuals are beaten. That's where reports of homophobia in schools is becoming more frequent. This is where a president vetoes a program of education against homophobia without even having read not to advertise 'sexual preferences'. This is where pastors insist on comparing homosexuality to pedophilia even though the highest rate of child abuse is committed by heterosexual men.
Lack of information looks bad, pastor. Law puts no one in jail without trial. You well know that. Even with the approval of No. 122 there will be a trial of the case and found homophobia, then it's worth there, like any other law. So if you're not a homophobe, because fear?
Also, if you do not know (which I doubt) homophobia is not only killing or harming yourself as exemplified. But the injury is the denial of access (when access is given to other citizens), the denial of rights, and violation of human dignity.
Finally, it was not the first time you said that homosexuality is behavioral. In their nonsense about a sexuality which does not experience, swears that homosexuals "choose" for this behavior. So I have a challenge: PROVE! Prove that different sexualities are unnatural, prove that in nature there is no such "behavior", prove that homosexuals choose to be targets of teasing, humiliated, beaten, killed, on a whim, for a lifestyle. Prove it! For even know where diversity is present in all of human life, from our physical characteristics, even in the way we inter-relate. Prove that is not natural to be different.
The pastor is a hint: Be more concerned in taking care of their flock, and prosecute irregularities of their own names as the numerous processes that politicians linked to his church suffer in justice. Take care to fight evil (and yes this unnatural and behavioral) of corruption in the name of faith. For if the intention of breastfeeding advocates in government is as you say, the Lord is to suck the teats of the ignorance of people in this country.
Note: It is curious how some journalists show about doing an interview unprepared. In this case, the journalist does not lend itself to at least one analysis, or even more probing questions about issues raised by Malafaia. It is a passivity in the face of questions as meaningless as this interviewee relationship on behavior x odd nature that leads us to two conclusions: Either the journalist is unprepared, or condone the speech of the interview.
