O deputado Jair Bolsonaro (PP-RJ) pediu à presidente Dilma Rousseff, em discurso na tribuna da Câmara na manhã desta quinta (24), para parar "de mentir" e assumir "se gosta de homossexual".

Bolsonaro criticava o que chama de "kit gay" do Ministério da Educação, uma cartilha contra a homofobia que seria usada em escolas públicas, mas cuja distribuição foi suspensa por determinação da presidente.

"O kit gay não foi sepultado ainda. Dilma Rousseff, pare de mentir. Se gosta de homossexual, assuma. Se o teu negócio é amor com homossexual, assuma. Mas não deixe que essa covardia entre nas escolas do primeiro grau", afirmou o deputado no discurso, veja o vídeo ao lado.

Segundo o setor de taquigrafia da Câmara, a Secretaria-Geral da Mesa mandou que a transcrição do discurso de Bolsonaro fosse retirada do site, para que palavras consideradas “antirregimentais” fossem excluídas do texto.

A assessoria da Presidência da República informou que não irá se pronunciar sobre as declarações do deputado.

Deputado nega intenção de ofender
Ao site G1, Bolsonaro disse que não quis ofender a presidente durante o discurso. "Eu tenho a tribuna. Eu posso pregar o que eu bem entender na tribuna. O artigo 53 [da Constituição] diz que sou inviolável. Eu não ofendi ninguém. Não pretendo ofender. Se querem esquecer esse assunto gravíssimo para levar para o lado de que eu sou desequilibrado, não tenho culpa", declarou.

Indagado se, com a declaração, quis dizer que Dilma é homossexual, Bolsonaro respondeu: "Eu não penso nada [sobre a orientação sexual da presidente Dilma Rousseff]. Quero saber do caso de amor que ela tem com o grupo LGBT. Quero que ela explique o caso de amor porque o kit gay continua aí", disse.

Apesar disso, o deputado não recuou da declaração de que a presidente mentiu. "Quero saber qual o motivo da simpatia com esse grupo. Que ela é mentirosa, eu não tenho nenhuma dúvida. Não vou deixar de acusá-la de mentirosa porque ela é presidente", afirmou. Bolsonaro disse que a presidente mentiu porque, durante a campanha eleitoral, prometeu, segundo o deputado, que concederia aumento aos militares e não cumpriu.

Reações
Após a fala de Bolsonaro no plenário da Câmara, o deputado Alfredo Sirkis (PV-RJ) subiu à tribuna e rebateu as declarações do parlamentar do PP. "O que nós ouvimos aqui hoje foi novamente um discurso de ódio, um discurso de preconceito, um discurso inclusive que, se eu entendi direito, faltou com o decoro parlamentar ao fazer insinuações a respeito da própria presidente da República. A opção sexual de qualquer ser humano, deputado, é uma questão de foro íntimo desse mesmo ser. E todos nós temos o mesmo direito perante a Constituição", declarou Sirkis.

A senadora Marta Suplicy (PT-SP), vice-presidente do Senado, também reagiu ao discurso de Bolsonaro. "Como mulher, como cidadã, como mãe, como senadora, como vice-presidente desta Casa, pedimos ao presidente da Câmara, deputado [Marco] Maia, que tome enérgicas providências e limites, porque está sem um freio de arrumação. Sinto muito a falta de decoro parlamentar desse deputado. Tem ofendido cidadãos comuns e agora até mesmo a presidente da República", afirmou.
