O presidente da OAB-RJ (Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil do Rio de Janeiro) afirmou que pedirá a cassação do deputado Jair Bolsonaro (PP-RJ) após as declarações, consideradas racistas e homofóbicas, do parlamentar ao programa CQC, da TV Bandeirantes.

Na entrevista, veiculada , Bolsonaro disse que seus filhos não correm o risco de namorar uma mulher negra ou até mesmo virarem gays, pois “foram muito bem educados”. A resposta foi a uma pergunta da cantora Preta Gil, que já anunciou que processará o deputado por danos morais. Hoje, Bolsonaro disse que se referia ao comportamento da cantora, e não ao fato de ela ser negra.

"As declarações do deputado Jair Bolsonaro são inaceitavelmente ofensivas, pois têm um cunho racista e homofóbico, incompatível com as melhores tradições parlamentares brasileiras", disse Wadih Damous, presidente da OAB-RJ.

A Ordem deve enviar representação à Corregedoria da Câmara dos Deputados para abertura de processo por quebra de decoro parlamentar contra o deputado. "O Congresso não merece ter em suas fileiras parlamentares que manifestam ódio a negros e gays", afirmou Damous.

Ditadura
Em entrevista concedida hoje ao Terra Magazine, o deputado reafirmou suas posições e voltou a defender a ditadura militar. Bolsonaro criticou opositores do regime que dizem ter sido torturados pela repressão, incluindo a presidenta da República, Dilma Rousseff.

“A Dilma falou que tinha vivido 23 dias sob tortura e não falou nada. Eu não tenho o curso que eles tiveram em Cuba, na China e na Coreia do Norte sobre guerrilha tortura e terrorismo, mas se tivesse disposição para isso, em dez minutos a Dilma contaria até como ela nasceu”, disse o deputado.

Ele também repetiu críticas ao movimento de defesa dos direitos de homossexuais. “O homem é produto do meio, imagina se pega essa lei, permitindo que casais homossexuais adotem crianças? Vão fazer reserva de mercado para jovens garotos homossexuais. O filho vai crescer vendo a mãe bigoduda ou careca, o pai andando de calcinha ou a mãe de cueca”, concluiu Bolsonaro.
