Além disso, a Vivo quer promover debate e reflexões junto aos seus colaboradores com uma live sobre “Como o êxito profissional me ajudou a sair do armário e a me manter fora dele’’.

A proposta do bate-papo é engajar os cerca de 33 mil colaboradores da empresa sobre o tema, por meio de visões, culturas e vivências diferentes. O debate será transmitido pela rede social interna da empresa, no dia 26 de junho, e contará com a participação de especialistas.

Em comunicado, a Vivo afirma que é uma empresa que reconhece seus talentos e estimula uma cultura mais inclusiva, traduzindo a diversidade e a representatividade da companhia por meio de várias iniciativas. Desde 2018, a Vivo integra o Fórum de Empresas e Direitos LGBTI+ e adere aos Padrões de Conduta para Empresas – enfrentando a discriminação contra lésbicas, gays, bissexuais, travestis, pessoas trans e intersexo, parte do movimento Livres & Iguais, da ONU.

Além da moradia em um hotel no Centro, serão oferecidas refeições diárias. A inauguração do espaço será realizada pela secretária de Assistência Social, Tia Ju, e pelo Coordenador Especial da Diversidade Sexual, Nélio Georgini, neste domingo (28), às 11h, na rua Tenente Possolo 49.

Na ocasião, os 12 primeiros moradores do abrigo CPA4, que vai funcionar em parceria com o núcleo de atendimento Luana Muniz – que ganhou esse nome em homenagem à travesti Luana Muniz, que desenvolveu um trabalho social na Lapa e abrigou durante décadas pessoas trans em um casarão – serão apresentados ao novo espaço dedicado à comunidade LGBT.

“O abrigo com vagas direcionadas para o público LGBT chega em um dos momentos mais críticos, economicamente falando. É um projeto que estamos trabalhando com a Assistência Social e a Tia Ju para fazer dele uma oportunidade permanente para essas pessoas que precisam suporte. Sabemos que os casos de agressões aumentaram durante a pandemia. Já existia, por exemplo, a dificuldade das pessoas transexuais de conseguir empregos no mercado formal, infelizmente, a discriminação continua grande. Diante da crise da Covid-19 que enfrentamos, esse grupo também foi fortemente atingido”, ressalta o Coordenador Especial da Diversidade Sexual, Nélio Georgini.

Desde quando assumiu a pasta, a secretária de Assistência Social, Tia Ju, tem buscado diversas parcerias com a CEDS para dar um atendimento diferenciado a pessoas LGBT que vive em situação de vulnerabilidade social.

“As nossas equipes de abordagem já realizam diversos atendimentos a população LGBT que vive em situação de rua, oferecem acolhimento e toda assistência necessária. A diferença é que agora eles terão um espaço de acolhimento voltado somente para eles, com uma equipe capacitada especificamente para atendê-los. Isso traz mais dignidade para o acolhido, que merece todo nosso cuidado e atenção. Tenho certeza que muitos aceitarão o acolhimento a partir de agora”, afirma Tia Ju.

Bandeirão com as cores do arco-íris

A Coordenadoria Especial da Diversidade Sexual em parceria com a Rio Star -empresa que administra a Roda Gigante do Rio-, vai oferecer um presente para cidade maravilhosa e estenderá, através de alpinistas da Saragô Serviços Técnicos em Altura, liderada por Mario Saragô, um bandeirão LGBT de 23 metros na maior roda-gigante da América Latina, que conta com 88 metros de altura, localizada na Zona Portuária do Rio. Em comemoração ao Dia do Orgulho LGBT a bandeira ficará visível na roda-gigante durante a manhã de domingo. (Vale destacar que o espaço turístico continua fechado para visitação devido à crise do novo coronavírus).

“O Rio é uma cidade inclusiva, que respira diversidade. É mega importante ter uma ação com essa grandiosidade levando nossa mensagem de inclusão e respeito para todo o mundo. Ato sem aglomeração

Servidores da Coordenadoria Especial da Diversidade Sexual e autoridades da prefeitura do Rio, também irão promover um ato símbolo neste domingo com 70 balões nas cores do arco íris e brancos (uma homenagem aos mortos pela Covid-19, profissionais de saúde, e todos que continuam atuando na linha de frente no combate à pandemia). A ação será realizada durante a inauguração de um novo hotel no Centro do Rio para receber a comunidade LGBT, que fica localizado na rua Tenente Possolo, 49, às 11h.

Solidariedade

Entre as ações organizada pela CEDS Rio, uma campanha arrecadou mais de mil peças de roupas de inverno, calçados, cobertores e itens de higiene pessoal para serem entregues para população em situação de rua. Essas doações serão destinadas para os moradores que vão ocupar as 50 novas vagas da Prefeitura para pessoas LGBT do hotel popular no centro da cidade em situação de vulnerabilidade.

“[Amanda] deixa um legado de conquistas, superação, trabalho e amor ao próximo, uma vida de serviço à comunidade LGBT, principalmente para as travestis e transexuais”, escreveu o grupo. “Ela vai fazer muita falta à família, amigos, militância e às inúmeras pessoas em situação de vulnerabilidade, às quais dedicou seu trabalho até adoecer”.

A representatividade LGBTQI+ no governo foi o que motivou Maebe a anunciar em junho que concorreria contra o democrata Adam Schiff pela cadeira do 28º distrito da Califórnia na Câmara dos Representantes.

Maebe afirma não ter nada contra Adam Schiff, mas acredita que ele não é o melhor representante para um distrito com áreas como West Hollywood e Burbank. “Nós LGBTQIs merecemos representatividade como qualquer outra pessoa. Representatividade real. Isso significa ter membros da comunidade na política e não somente aliados”, pondera.

Maebe se identifica como gênero fluido e revela que começar a fazer drag há cinco anos a fez entender melhor sua identidade de gênero. “Eu comecei a entender como eu gostava de estar em drag e como aquilo não era só uma fantasia. Era uma extensão natural de mim”, conta.

Se eleita, uma das grandes preocupações de Maebe será o cuidado com a população de rua. Em Burbank, o número de desabrigados subiu 40% nos últimos anos, chegando a um total de 286 pessoas vivendo nas ruas. Maebe pretende criar casas mais financeiramente acessíveis, além de prover recursos para o tratamento de vícios e saúde mental da população. “Eles são como eu e você”, defende.

“Com a minha eleição, quero ajudar a unir as minorias e mostrar que se ficarmos juntos, podemos conquistar muitas coisas. Recebo várias mensagens de pessoas que dizem se inspirar em mim e é isso que me dá força para continuar. Quero mostrar aos jovens LGBTQI+ que eles são tão importantes que se quiserem concorrer ao Congresso, eles podem. E podem vencer também”, conclui Maebe.

No sábado, os cidadãos do município elegeram Marie Cau, uma mulher transexual, como sua nova prefeita. A campanha de Cau tinha promessas na área sustentabilidade ecológica e do fortalecimento da economia local.

Em entrevista à agência de notícias AFP, Cau disse que “não era ativista” e queria se concentrar na política municipal.

“As pessoas não me elegeram porque eu era ou não transgênero, elas elegeram um programa”, afirmou a nova prefeita.

Ontem, a ministra de Igualdade de Gênero da França celebrou a vitória de Cau no Twitter. “A visibilidade das trans e a luta contra a transfobia também dependem do exercício de responsabilidades políticas e públicas. Parabéns Marie Cau!”.

Nesta cidade francesa, as eleições são indiretas. Cau foi eleita pelos vereadores, quase que por unanimidade.

O parlamento da Alemanha aprovou ontem uma lei que criminaliza a prática de terapia de conversão sexual para menores de 18 anos no país. A lei incide tanto sobre quem oferece a terapia, quanto sobre pais que submeterem os filhos ao processo de forma coercitiva.

Está proibida a participação de menores em processos médicos e psicológicos que tenham como objetivo alterar ou suprir sua orientação sexual ou identidade de gênero.

Quem infringir a nova norma pode ter de encarar até um ano de prisão ou multa de € 30 mil (R$ 188 mil).

A proibição foi amparada por estudos que apontam um risco maior de depressão e suicídio para aqueles que passaram pelo processo — que pode incluir hipnose e choque elétrico.

O Procon de São Paulo notificou o Grupo Smart Fit, que possui academias no estado e vários locais do Brasil, pedindo explicações sobre procedimentos adotados para cancelamento de contratos durante a pandemia, após receber mais de 800 denúncias de consumidores sobre dificuldades no procedimento, muita de campanhas feitas em grupo LGBT. 

Segundo o Procon, desde o fim de março, quando a pandemia de coronavírus teve início no país, foram recebidas 838 reclamações de consumidores sobre dificuldades no cancelamento de matrículas, sendo que 400 foram registradas só nos três primeiros dias do mês de junho durante campanhas e reclamações de pessoas LGBT.

A concentração das reclamações ocorreu no período em que a rede e seu CEO, Edgar Corona, foram alvo de investigações do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) em um inquérito que apura o financiamento de fake news a favor do governo federal e ameaças à Suprema Corte.

Segundo o Procon, a maioria das queixas dos consumidores da Smart Fit é relacionada à dificuldade de cancelamento dos serviços contratados e a continuidade das cobranças, sem devolução dos valores pagos, mesmo sem a prestação dos serviços, durante o fechamento das unidades por causa do coronavírus.

O Procon deu prazo de 72 horas para a rede informar se todas as unidades estão fechadas e se algum serviço é disponibilizado à distância e se está ocorrendo a devolução dos valores pagos. O Procon quer saber também qual é a política de cancelamento, suspensão ou reagendamento dos serviços contratados que vem sendo adotada pela rede e como dialoga com o consumidor.

O grupo de hackers Anonymous Brasil liberou na madrugada desta quinta-feira (4) dados sobre “a verdade” do caso Marielle Franco. As informações foram compartilhadas por volta de 00h30 no horário de Brasília em um link e apontam para o senador Flávio Bolsonaro (Republicanos) como mandante do crime. Informações pessoais de pessoas confirmadas e outras supostamente envolvidas na morte da vereadora do Rio de Janeiro estão disponíveis, como CPF, número de cartão de crédito, filiação, telefones e endereço.

“Não queremos trazer notícias não verdadeiras, não somos nenhum grupo iniciante e nem estamos com o propósito de fama, diferente de todos os grupos brasileiros, aqui nós apuramos os fatos e trazemos conforto e conhecimento sobre o que estão nos escondendo, aqui nós apoiamos todos, nós? Somos negros, asiáticos,  judeus, muçulmanos, lgbt, e toda classe oprimida e desfavorecida! Vocês não estão sozinhos, estamos com vocês”, diz o início do texto de esclarecimento que antecipa uma série de links e vídeos sobre como funcionou o suposto planejamento da execução da vereadora Marielle Franco e do motorista Anderson Gomes.

O grupo de hackers apontou para Flávio Bolsonaro como o integrante da família presidencial que atua junto com a milícia. Um link de apoio redirecionado para um suposto documento da Câmara, do deputado Rogério Correia (PT-MG), que pede uma investigação especial para apurar as ações criminosas das milícias do Rio de Janeiro. Contudo, não consta no requerimento o número de emissão e a data, apenas o mês de fevereiro do ano de 2019 ao final do suposto documento.

“Estamos cansados, o povo clama por ajuda, será que poderíamos visualizar com mais profundidade e com mais precisão o caso do presidente? O que o senhor acha Presidente? Talvez surja provas que seu filho é corrupto, talvez esse ano, a favela vai se revoltar, policiais estão abusando de poder, e o sistema deixa!”, disse em mensagem os hackers, que reafirmou que a direita está “propícia a ser fascista”.

Apesar de serem contra Bolsonaro, o Anonymous voltou a reforçar que são apartidários em busca de “justiça” pelas minorias. “Isso não é sobre ser de esquerda ou de direita, afinal somos contra qualquer sistema político”.

Nesta nova exposição de dados, foram divulgadas informações sobre de Ronnie Lessa e a esposa, Elaine Pereira Figueiredo,  Elcio Vieira de Queiroz, Alexandre Motta de Souza, Rodrigo Jorge Ferreira, Camila Moreira, apontada como advogada que “atrapalhou as investigações”, Bruno Pereira Figueiredo, cunahdo de Ronnie Lessa, José Márcio Mantovano e Josinaldo Lucas Freitas, que seriam amigos de Ronnie e “ocultaram armas”.

“Conclusão? Parece que a família Bolsonaro é a mandante. Também parece que agora temos vários motivos para duvidar da postura do nosso querido presidente! #MarielleVIVE”, finalizou a postagem do grupo que se autodenomina Anonymous Brasil.
