Isauro Aguirre e sua noiva Pearl Fernández torturaram e mataram de fome um menino durante oito meses por pensar que ele era gay.

A vítima, Gabriel Fernández, era filho de Pearl e foi encontrado amordaçado com uma meia, desnutrido e doente. A situação era tão grave que os médicos não conseguiram salvá-lo. Além disso, o menino possuía hematomas e queimaduras por todo o corpo.

“Nenhum humano com um coração e alma poderia fazer isso a uma criança inocente”, declarou Jonathan Hatami, um dos responsáveis pelo caso, ocorrido em Los Angeles, Estados Unidos.

Na defesa o casal argumentou que aquilo foi um ataque de ira explosiva e que não tinham a intenção de matar de Gabriel, além de justificar que a criança “gostava de se autoflagelar, era gay e queria se suicidar”.

Segundo o site Gay Times, além dos assassinos, outros quatro profissionais do serviço social de Los Angeles responsáveis pelo caso de Gabriel, também enfrentam acusações de abuso infantil e falsificação de registros públicos, o que contribuiu para que a violência acontecesse.
